Project Phase 3

Phase 3 (Design and Environmental Evaluation) commenced in January 2022.

The purpose of this phase is to develop the Scheme design, following the selection of a Preferred Option, based on both technical and environmental inputs, to a stage where sufficient levels of detail exist to establish landtake requirements, to identify and mitigate Scheme impacts, and to progress the Scheme through the Statutory Processes.
